Return Policy

We want you to love your new purchase

Since all our products are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds unless there is something physically wrong with the product. If the item arrives damaged or the quality is not up to par, please use your smart phone and immediately send a photo to support@teamify.me.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Upon review, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions.

All returns must be pre-authorized by customer support prior before returning the products. It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.
